I Am Not Alone. A Prayer Walks Ahead of Me.
A reflection for those waiting with intention.
There’s a quiet kind of waiting — not empty, not passive, but filled with prayer, surrender, and preparation.
It’s the kind of waiting that comes from someone who deeply believes that their life is not random, but written with purpose by the Most Wise.
I once asked myself:
“Am I truly ready for the peace that comes with what was written for me?”
Because sometimes, what we think we’re waiting for isn’t just a person or a moment — it’s a version of ourselves we’re still growing into. It’s the inner readiness to receive what’s meant for us without clinging to fear, or forcing what’s not aligned.
💠 The Presence of a Father, Even in His Absence
Though I lost my father in real life, his presence still walks with me.
He wasn’t just a parent — he was a spiritual compass who raised me with conviction, grace, and God-consciousness at the core of his decisions.
When I reflect on life’s deeper choices — like love, commitment, or purpose — I do so from the grounding he gave me. Clarity. Integrity. And surrender to the wisdom of the unseen.
That’s why when I think of waiting, I don’t associate it with lack.
My heart is already warm. My soul is already full. Not because everything is perfect — but because I’ve learned how to be rooted, even in the unknown.
💭 A New Way to Ask the Question
It’s easy to ask:
“When will I meet the right person?”
But perhaps the better question is:
“Will I recognize them when they arrive?”
“Will I be still enough inside to welcome a calm kind of love?”
Because not all love is loud. Some destinies arrive quietly. Some doors open gently. And when they do — only a heart that has been walking with trust will know how to step forward.
“I am not alone. There is a prayer walking ahead of me.”
Sometimes, it’s not about rushing toward the unknown —
but trusting that your prayer is already doing the work your eyes can’t see. Your path is being prepared. Your moment is being written.
Whether you’re single, married, divorced, or somewhere in between, this reflection is for you.
Let’s not reduce our stories to relationship statuses. Let’s raise our awareness, deepen our inner strength, and trust the unfolding of life with calm and clarity.
This space is not about routines or noise. It’s about the quiet truths we carry. And the deep desire in all of us — to live a life that is meaningful, whole, and divinely timed.
You are not behind.
You are not forgotten.
You are simply in the chapter where invisible good is still being written.
